The truck has just undergone a fresh new cosmetic interior upgrade, including a new fitted carpet kit, new door panels, repainted dash pad, new sewn headliner, new premium seat upholstery in factory Ford pattern, and more. It looks great, as you can see. The truck features a mildly-built 351 engine featuring an aluminum high rise intake, Edelbrock 4v carb, headers, and probably an RV cam... it sounds great. Power steering, power brakes, 4-speed manual transmission, and a new clutch. Nice wheels and tires, 4” Rancho suspension lift, 3” body lift, and more make the truck stand out in the crowd. The truck features an old-but-still-shiny repaint in White; not great up close, but as a whole very presentable in passing. There are dings and dents still present, but that’s just character on a tough truck like this... As a practical matter I think the truck still looks great. The bed was just treated with a Raptor spray-in bed liner. There is some minor rust presenting near the rear of the bed floor by the tailgate, but it’s minor and that’s pretty much it for rust. It also has very nice stainless steel fender wheel lip moldings. She appears to be in sound mechanical condition. The truck drives nicely, and the 4-wheel drive system works as it should. I’d plan on a new or newer set of tires at some point in the near future. Known issues include a leaky power steering pump or line, and probably a couple of bulbs out here and there. Plus the old paint and dings/dents. Tough truck. The transfer case operates as it should, as do the locking hubs. The transmission shifts well and smoothly, and the truck has had recent brake work. It is very easy to drive with the genuine power steering, not the old “power assist” found on older Fords... anyone can drive this truck. Clear title in hand. While every effort has been made to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible, it is in fact a 40-year-old classic truck, and therefore being sold as-is, without warranty or guarantee expressed, written, or implied. Expect issues associated with a used classic of this era. Please be ready to make payment in full within 3 days of auction’s end via deposit into my Bank of America account, or bank wire transfer. Shipping is the full responsibility of the buyer; I own a classic car restoration shop and can recommend a reliable and affordable broker who I have used many times... ultimately the choice must be yours alone. While not the fully-restored trucks our shop is known for, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to get into a rare and special Ford at a price that won’t break the bank, and still go down the road in style.
