We just took in this 1979 Corvette in on trade. It has a 350 non numbers matching engine that runs well. A new Edelbrock Intake manifold and 1406 carb have been installed. It also has a newer distributor and starter. A dual fan radiator has been installed. The plugs and wires have been recently changed as well. The Vette has telescopic steering and tilt wheel, courtesy lights, power windows, power antenna, and rally wheels. The radio has been changed out to JVC AM/FM with cd player. The car was an original AC car, but that has been removed. The headlights turn on, but has no vacuum to raise them up. The door locks do not work. The power windows work, but the passenger window does need an alignment. The clock does not work. The tach and spedometer seem to be working correctly. The car was originally silver but now painted in Corvette Red. The paint is in good shape and does show well. The only damage we saw was on the nose. The frame and body appear solid. The car has good tires. The car is being sold as is, with no warranty. The car cannot be sold to a New York resident unless they are willing to pay for any possible expenses to make it pass NYS inspection. We do our best to list as much details about the car as we can. Buyer is responsible for shipping expenses. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask! |
