Car comes with clear IL title in my name Tilted as a 1940 Ford Coupe Deluxe This is the best Street rod I have ever owned I probably will have regrets after its gone But I'm looking to get back to my roots in Drag Racing so I wont have time to do both . {You don't stop racing when you get old You get old if you stop racing} From the beginning of Hot Rodding, the 1940 Ford Coupe has been one of the most Iconic desirable Hot Rods. With its curvy and flowing lines, it's easy to see why. The relatively small cars have been turned into Hot Rod/Street Rods, tens of thousands of times. Please research cars like this Do your homework before offers and you will see my Price is in line with the market today of a quality build like this This not your run of the mill car this one is special . It a All Ford no Small Block Chevy in this car . Interior in this car was completed last year it is real soft leather with German weave carpet and mats at the cost of $15,000 alone . Wiring was done by a professional look at the work in the photos. Sound system is Bluetooth with amp and remote . Trunk is done just like the interior . American racing wheels and tires are 1 week old with 20 miles on them. Doors open and close with little effort . Ever component in the interior was colored matched like AC / Heat unit under dash . I can go on and on about this car .This was a thought out build, not something just thrown together . If I do not sell it you will see it in The World of Wheels Car Show through out the winter, with that kind of award winning exposure the price will go up I've seen fiberglass kit cars sell for more then what Im asking for This is a real Henry Ford Steel Hot Rod I know when a car is right, this Hot Rod is it a High Quality Pro Built . Sorry I did not build this one my days of building cars from scratch are long gone, but I will make changes as I see fit. I took this Car in on trade for a Real Nice Steel Deuce Roadster that I built, it was a period correct Hot Rod. What ever Street Rod shop that built this car they did not sacrifice on the cost, for the right parts. This is not a trailer queen it was built to drive . Fly in and Drive this car home I have driven this car about 300 miles over the past few months with no problems drives and rides like it should .
