| 1965 Pontiac GTO . A good friend of mine with Parkinson’s disease has asked me to help him sell his beloved 65 GTO. I would categorize this car as an outstanding high end driver. It’s has a beautiful paint job and interior but has a few issues that make it not perfect. The car is a numbers matching tri power car with only the rear differential having been changed. It is my understanding it was replaced with the correct part. I’ve had the car for about a week to clean, wax, and get to know and from what I can tell, it drives beautifully. I noticed a little air noise on the highway but beyond that, it was great. The A/C blows cold and the brakes and suspension perform beautifully. I believe my friend is the 2nd owner and it has been parked in his garage for the better part of the last 10 years due to his illness. I think he put new tires on it sometime within the last 18 months but they've hardly been driven. Also, he gave me stacks of paperwork and receipts. | |
