1969 Camaro Pro Touring “Mean Steak” Car was chosen for Goodguys “Summer of ’69” 2019 This car was built by ZRODZ and Customs, it features an Art MorrisonC-6 front and 4 link rear clips with weld in frame connectors. Viking Berserker (computerized) shocks, Wilwood 6-piston fronts 4-piston rear brakes. Engine GM LSA with smaller up pulley and bigger injectors. Engine work was done by Thomson Automotive Brighton, Mich. Engine made 676 ft. lbs tq and 660 HP. I have the dyno sheet. 6L90E automatic transmission. Ford 9”, with 3:25 gears. Cooling C & R radiator, inner cooler, and trans cooler. Cooling fan GM CTS-V with PWM (pulse width modulation). I had the car in 100 degree heat with A/C on in heavy traffic, temperature gauge read 200 degree. Interior by: Riggs Brothers Auto Tops in St. Charles. Ill. Perforated black leather with red stitching, Impact 5 point harness. Ididit tilt column Momo steering wheel. PRW, Cruise control, Pioneer stereo with back up camera (very nice feature) subwoofer power amp. Vintage Air Gen IV. 4 point roll bar with removable center section for EZ rear accessibility. Gauges are Dakota Digital with warning lights too (very nice feature). Phone charging ports, cup holders. Exterior: color is Laguna blue tint coat with DZ 1 stripe. Nu-Tech 18” wheels with BF Goodrich Rival S tires. 275 fronts and 325 rears. Carbon fiber rear bumper, 100% carbon fiber rear spoiler with interchangeable wicks. Front diffusor in carbon fiber. Ring Bros door handle with carbon fiber outer edge. 2017 ZL-1 PWR exterior mirrors (pocketed to fit correctly). Flush mount glass front and rear by: AM Hot Rod Glass. Detroit Speed select speed wipers. Halo park light (driving lights) LED taillights and Halogen head lights, Front bumper has be sectioned and bracket opening made smaller for a cleaner appearance. Rear valance has rectangle exhaust exit (see photo). Cowl cover has had the vent openings removed and made smooth. Car has been tuned by Mike Norris of “Norris Motorsports” and Wait4me Performance. Car runs great, could drive it from Maine to California (just add fuel).
