Own a piece of automotive history. Airflows were cutting edge in 1934-1937 and set the aerodynamic and comfort standards for all cars to follow. This example is one of 103 known 1935 DeSoto Airflows and was sympathetically restored. Paint is original and still shines nicely but has the laquer cracks and chips of an 84 year old paint job. Rubber on running boards is all original and in very nice condition. The interior was completely redone in 2013 with new floorboards, cloth, headliner, woodgrained dash, carpet, door panels, etc... and remains in excellent condition. Engine was also completely rebuilt in 2013 with new clutch and only ~200 miles on rebuild. Brakes rebuilt with new rubber hoses, cylinders and master cylinder. Bumpers rechromed, wheels powder coated with new whitewall tires. New Hubcap skins and door sill plates. Other chrome displays the original patina it has retained since 1935. The original owner signed the trunk with date and dealer name which has been verified with Chrysler historical documents for the car. Transportion is responsibility of buyer.
