12 bolt Deluxe Hounds tooth interior Up for bid is my 1968 Camaro RS/SS. I purchased this car off a Camaro collector. He had the since 1992 (27 years) . He purchased it with 80k Original miles. It now has 106k original miles, During that time he rebuilt and replaced/rebuilt the engine, Muncie transmission, and GM posi 12 bolt differential. This car is also an original R2 Red (no vinyl) Original 4 speed. It has factory floor console and nice really nice deluxe hounds tooth interior The Camaro has a really strong running 383 street mannered engine with 10.25 compression, Lunadi street aluminum heads, Lunadi cam, Brodix aluminum intake, Holley 750, Manley forged pistons, Manley steel rods. Fully balanced. Has Muncie 4 speed and 3:36 12 HD bolt posi rear. Has comp headers with full flowmaster 2.5 exhaust so sounds excellent. The exhaust exits in the correct factory locations It has factory power steering/manual brakes. Many new suspension and steering parts. Paint body condition is older (27 years since last painted) and there is some rust that needs repair on the outer rear window panel and the right rear ¼ lip. There are other dings , body ,and paint issues that would need to be a addressed. The headliner needs to be replaced. Glass is really nice. Chrome and stainless are decent Overall a 1968 Camaro red ss rs, 4 speed muncie, 12 bolt with deluxe houndstooth interior, strong running 2 owner 1968 Camaro for being 51 years old. Frame, floors, Trunk floor are solid. Just look at photos , come inspect, or ask if you are unsure. It also retains its original type new reproduction Redline coker tires and SS 14 x 6 GM XB Rally wheels coded for disk brakes. Condition is starts runs excellent. Has tilton starter. 383 SBC engine has great sound and runs really strong. HD original radiator redone. 400plus HP and really high torque SB 383. Great drivability. The front sub frame mount holes are not rusted , has subframe bolt in connectors, floors look very nice, 1 small rust spot on right rear shock tower top. Has driveshaft safety loop and he has line locks. Has great Value in the Hagarty value, Mecum Auctions, or NADA guide.
