(the lowest production year of any stage one car) This is also carrying its original, numbers matching 455 big block stage one engine. These cars are literally gone. There are a few stage 1 cars left, however most no longer have the original number matching stage one engine. This beautiful car has its complete stage one engine, top to bottom, fully documented as the original motor to this car. I really can't begin to tell you all just how rare that is. We bought this amazing piece of Detroit history, from its second owner. He had owned it since 1981. It had been covered in his garage in 100% original condition, since 1988. This car had its original engine, seats, color, and vinyl top when we found it. We sent the motor out, for a complete rebuild, we had a new factory correct paint job sprayed and we added new carpet and new tires all around. She still has her original bucket seats, original headliner, door panels and fully functional dash and all her original gran Sport wheels, including the spare.
