| 1964 M151A1 Kaiser MUTT (Military Utility Tactical Truck)Street legal and registered in Texas.A mechanical restoration was performed in 2003 andrepainted. This is a running M151A1 withits original 24-volt system. The body isuncut, tiled and registered. Minimalbody work was done since the owner wished to keep it as authentic aspossible. At the time of the rebuild, Inot locate a fuel pump or a rebuild kit, so I replaced it with a 24-voltelectric fuel pump and replaced the fuel lines with rubber fuel line. The windshield is from an A2 not an A1 whichin my opinion is an improvement. The A1windshield had vacuum operated wipers. This one has electrically operated wipers. The linkage is all there, however the motoris non-functional.
