PRICE LOWERED AGAIN FOR A QUICK SALE! Best Classic Truck you can get for your MONEY! 1962 GMC C1000 1/2 Ton CUSTOM California Pickup Truck.Freshly reupholstered Bench Seat and Brand new ACC carpet just installed. The lacquer paint was just recently color sanded and buffed as you can see in the pics. Resto-mod Frame-Off restoration. Approximately $18K in parts and 300+ hours of work were put into this truck, to build it today would cost over $50,000! It's reliable, comfortable and powerful! The attention to detail is obvious, especially in the engine bay. Care was taken to transport all critical components for computer sensors so everything works correctly, including all warning lights. Added many detailed photos of the engine bay. A true frame off rebuild, no corners were cut. First, any surface rust (minimal, California truck) was taken down to bare metal, then any needed metal work was done no bondo. Next the entire truck was sprayed with etching primer, and then sprayed with Lacquer paint in a beautiful black and cherry theme. Truck has 11k miles since it was completed and runs all day at 17 mpg with the cold air blowing and running at 160 deg on the thermostat. Just made a 200 mile round trip to Palm Springs this weekend.
