For those of you from Oregon to Florida that have asked for 4x4 Crew Cabs that are good trucks and you can finish, here is another one. I do not have time to send pics of all my trucks as I have said and definitely not to all those who ask. First off, this truck appears like it has never been washed and from the looks of it, this is possible! 2 or 3 years ago I put this yellow body on this high - boy frame. I have titles to both the frame and the cab. The frame with the bad body already had this 460 with auto transmission in it. The front axle turns easily, and axles look good but, front drive shaft is missing. This truck needs a good hood and right front fender which I will supply with the truck. This truck has front disc brakes and power steering. It also has Ford dealer installed A/C. The compressor on motor is not locked up. The cab was from a 4-speed truck and still has clutch pedal intact but, the steering column was changed to automatic. There is a tiny hole in driver side front floorboard. This is a repair that will take about 2 hours to replace the metal properly. The right-side floorboard pan front needs to be replaced but the cab corner and support place are fine. This would take about 6 hours to properly replace. There is rust on the driver side roof and drip rail is damaged. 2 options here, shave the drip rails off and yes, it looks awesome, or repair roof and drip rail. This is about a 4- or 5-hour job to replace properly. I know these times are correct as we do it often. There is a rust spot on right rear cab corner, 3 hours. So, in one day all rust areas could be replaced with new metal and properly seam sealed as factory does. I have been working on these trucks for nearly 43 years. The bed and tailgate are awesome. I should not be selling like this but hey, it’s Christmas. I usually get 5-7 K for true 4x4 crew frames, 5 K for cabs, rear doors are a grand each, 500 for tailgates, and 3,000 for rust and dent free beds. That’s 13,500 and that does not include the small parts like steering column, seats, etc., I have delivered trucks to Pebble Beach to Pensacola and South Dakota to Texas. Delivering to you might be possible. Merry Christmas! Jesus is the reason for the season. |
