1967 Ford Mustang Convertible ,Condition is Used. This car has been off the road since 1986. The previous owner bought the car in 1977 and then in 1986 he stripped the interior and sent it out for floor work, body work and paint. After all that work had been done the project stalled and he never re-assembled it although it was always garaged all these years. I'm the 3rd owner and bought the car from his son as it is now and plans have changed for me (buying a boat)so its gotta go. This car is very solid and could be a great build. The body is in good shape, doors, sills, engine bay, trunk, drop downs, floors, firewall, frame rails, inner wheel wells, etc are really good. The passenger side rear quarter could use a lower patch for a small hole and i have a complete new rear quarter that goes with the car so you can patch or replace the whole thing. Unfortunately previous owner cut the drivers side torque box and floor pan out because of a rusty floor support but I have a new one piece torque box, floor support and a new floor pan that goes with the car. I also have every part, nut and bolt that came off the car except for the windshield. The convertible top frame is all there and goes up and down but needs new cloth top. This is a running 6 cyl with a 3 speed manual but will take re-installing the clutch brake assembly back in after the floor pan is in, it also has a new battery and a newer fuel tank.
