I'm sure she was a beautiful sight back in her day. Coveted Tripoli Turquoise exterior with black cloth interior and black vinyl top. Mmm, mmm, I KNOW she turned some heads. Sadly today, she is worth more in the sum of her parts than as a roller, however I cannot bring myself to part her out, thus this is every car guys chance to save one from the inevitable and untimely death at the scrapyard. In other words, to put your money where your mouth is, so to speak. This was a factory 396/TH400 car, however the motor/trans was long gone before I got her, thus it is being sold as a rolling chassis the way you see it pictured. I have a clear Washington title in hand. If someone was so inclined they could throw running gear in it and join the growing 4 door revolution! Because this is a factory Big Block A/C car, it has the Large ring gear 12 bolt rear end (non posi) and HD suspension. Other factory options include;*Comfortron A/C*Power Steering*Power Brakes*Front bumper guards*Rear bumper guards*Tilt column*AM/FM*8 track Multiplex "Stereo" with 4 speaker sound system*Six way power Strato Bench seat*Vinyl top*Corner lamps (Standard on Caprice, optional on Impala)*Door edge guards*Auxiliary lighting group*Deluxe pedal trim kit*Tinted glass (All)*Fender skirts. (The skirts were removed, but I have them and they are included with the sale of the car) The chrome on the bumpers is very nice, as are the guards. The grill is virtually flawless as you can see. The remaining Caprice body trim is in nice shape, likely due to the car being in storage from 1999 until recently. That A/C only dash pad is in MINT condition! So there you have it boys. A very cool factory BB A/C car with some rare and desirable options. This could be the foundation on which you finally one up the Jones' As stated, I have a clear title in hand. The vehicle will push on/off a car hauler with little effort. The trunk and floors are solid, however the fenders have cancer, as does the bottom of the rear quarters and the bottom of the rear window. The bottoms of the doors are near mint and with the exception of the front windshield, all of the original date coded glass is intact. And finally, if this car fails to sell, sadly it will be parted out. If you have any questions regarding this vehicle or need extra pics please feel free to contact me at 360 420-8665.
