| 1966 Lincoln Continental convertible. The paint is faded and has defects everywhere. The motor has been serviced and runs well with no noises or smoke but the exhaust is shot and makes a hell of a noise.The car starts,drives,steers,shifts and stops. The car is extremely straight and has never been touched up or had any bodywork. Only dent is on left quarter.NO rust.Floors,panels etc etc are all rust free. Only surface rust in places in engine bay. Can be removed. The glass, chrome and trim are good.The doors open and close tightly and there is no sagging or gap issues. Electrical has to be addressed in many items. The top has been serviced and replaced and works well. Expensive to address and a miracle in itself on these cars. The tires are new. The interior upholstery is completely shot but the frames are good. (I removed the back seats to show underneath) They are as bad as the front. This is a fantastic candidate for a partial or full restoration and at a logical price to start with I try describe things as honestly and transparently as I would like others to do when I’m looking to buy.However,I am not an expert on all aspects of every motorcycle or car and things do slip through the cracks sometimes especially when I rely on previous owner descriptions. Please understand that descriptions,viewpoints and opinions vary between people.
