This is a time capsule. This car was buried in a ladies garage for over fifteen to twenty years. It is in great condition. I have changed all fluids, put a new fuel pump on it. new holly 750 cfm carb. new plugs. When the ladies husband built this car, he did a great job of it. It is old school of sorts, but nicely done. Lots of chrome under the hood. The car has factory air( but was removed for speed) tilt wheel, tach, clock, and rear window defrost. Doors open and shut very nice. All glass is perfect, no chips of any kind. It was an automatic car, he opted for a Muncie 4-speed. Good choice. Has 342 posi rear. Old school traction bars, L-88 fiberglass hood, and Fiberglass front spoiler. Again, old school but very cool. Body has the original paint and looks very nice. The interior is original and in excellent condition. A mouse was living in it for a moment, so the carpet was chewed in a few places. I have brand new carpet ordered for it. Glad it didn't chew the seats. lol. Back to the engine. She did not know the specs. of it only she herd him say 350 4 bolt. After getting it running, I can hear it has a nice hitting cam. The motor doesn't have many miles on it. still retains most all the orange paint when built. Oil pressure is very strong. It is fast. There is a tag on the ashtray that reads,1979 Camaro IROC Nationals participant. Thought that was pretty cool. Probably missed something, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask. Thank you and good shopping |
