1975 Bricklin 2 owner car, This is a pretty decent example of a Bricklin. It is not a show car, but it is in pretty good condition. If you are not familiar with the Bricklin you should look them up on Wikipedia. It is one of about 3 thousand produced in the 1970's in Canada. I bought it from the original owner several years ago. There is a briefcase of documentation that goes with the car (including the original window sticker and some sort of plastic card with the VIN number ). The underneath of the car is in good shape (A little surface rust, but no rust through) Interior is good. Dash is good with no cracks and has supposedly been signed by Malcolm Bricklin, but I can't make it out. Seats and carpet are in good shape. The doors have been converted to work with a remoteThe doors have been converted from hydraulic to air operated cylinders (as have most Bricklin SV-1 cars). Press 1 and the drivers door opens halfway, press it again and it opens the rest of the way. Press 3 and the door closes. Passenger door operates the same way with numbers 2 and 4. Doors work flawlessly.Car has never been painted or apparently had any bodywork other than a repainting of the rear bumper. Gauges all work, but the speedometer needle jumps all over the place (don't know why) The AM/FM radio works. Air conditioning doesn't blow cold. It was working fine last year, but this year it doesn't blow cool air. There is minor panel distortion at the top of the doors. (look at the pictures of the top of the car). Battery is about two years old and seems to be good. Engine runs good.Car drives well. Glass is all good. Car has an ash tray but no lighter or glove box (an inside Bricklin joke). Title is clear. The heater has been bypassed so I cannot guarantee the heater works.I have ordered a new car and need the garage spaceI will help the shipper get the car loaded properly. The car is located in Casa Grande Arizona 85194.Car should be picked up within a monthI have priced this car below what I think that it is worth because I don't want to haggle I just want to move the car.
