1969 Ford Bronco Wagon. This is a western truck, originally from California now in Louisiana. it is clean and solid, no rust issues at all. It has a strong 302, with 4 barrel Edelbrock carb and electric choke, 4 barrel aluminum manifold, headers and dual exhaust. It runs well, the automatic transmission shifts good and strong, and the 4WD works. The 4WD shifter is a bit sticky, it is not "shift on the fly". But the manual hubs engage and it pulls good. It has new BFG all terrain tires and black spoke wheels. The entire body inside and out has been painted in bedliner material, mainly to keep rust away. This is a not a show car finish, but is quite durable. There are 2 new seats in the front, and a console. 2 more identical seats go with it, for the back, but they are not installed currently. There is new floor matting throughout, and we recently had the door hinges rehung and did some metal work there to get them strong again. The doors shut and hold well, no sagging. All of the glass is original and good, no cracks. We've got the "no rattle kit" for the door windows and hope to install this before selling. Both gas tanks are in the truck, but we're just using the rear for now. Neither of them leak. The front one is not currently plumbed, but could be easily. Power steering works fine, manual brakes also working. Radiator is also good, and additional transmission fluid cooler. No leaks. Good battery, recent tune up and runs good. Approximately 3 inch lift on it, front and rear. My father bought this a while back with the intent of driving it, but health reasons have stopped that plan. That's the only reason for selling. It's too good of a truck to let sit around. This truck is a potential weekend warrior, or restoration candidate. We are going to sell this truck, so ask your questions and bid away! |
