Below you will find a complete break down of all the details on the vehicle provided to us by the previous owner!Complete Johns car GM V-6 conversion kit used. Restoration of solid rust-free TR7 hard top coupe. Conversion was done with a 1986 Buick 231ci V-6 and 200-4R 4 speed automatic transmission. Both engine and transmission have been rebuilt and have 1000 miles on them. The original drive train was the standard 2.0 triumph 4cyl w 4 speed manual transmission. Original miles on car is 75K.*Engine: Bottom half-* crankshaft rebuild w/ all new bearings, pistons, oil pump and seals. Comp cams K69-246 high energy camshaft kit w/ new lifters, valve springs, and timing gear set. *Top half-* new valve job. New Edelbrock performer intake manifold. New Holley 4 BBL 390 cfm Carb. w/ all new linkeage and cables.(Engine & Brake work professionally done by Bob Redfield Jr. of Chicago Wise Guys.)*Transmission:* Trans has been rebuilt with custom lock-up kit installed. New Lokar shifter kit installed.*Radiator and exhaust:* New Griffin oversize aluminum radiator w/ new hoses. New electric radiator fan kit. Johns cars custom headers w/ new Ansa dual exhaust system.*Chassis: *Rebuilt and shortened GM drive shaft installed. New EBC drilled and slotted front rotors with EBC green pads. New front caliper flex hoses, rear brakes flex hose, rear shoes and brake cylinders, master cylinder w/ reservoir, wilwood adjustable brake proportioning valve, bleeder screws, Johns cars custom front coil springs, rear coil springs with poly mounts, KYB gas shocks all around, rear trailing arm bushings, tie rod ends and ball joints, steering column bushing kit, mini lite wheels, maxxis 185/70R13 tires and a computerized front end alignment.*Electrical & Gauges: *New alternator, battery, ANZO halogen headlamps, Lucas DX160 driving lamps, Lucas FX95 fog lamps, oil pressure gauge w/ copper line installed, and johns cars tach re calibration for 6 cyl conversion.*Body & Paint: *New paint job w single stage enamel (signal red, matte black on trim), Rimmer Bros. rally front spoiler, complete and correct 1978 Tony Pond RAC Rally car graphics; panels decals, number plates and logos.
