| Hello for your consideration!I am selling for my 89 year old long time friend. He has had it since about 1972. Has always been kept in garage it was his wife's car.I have known him for years. I will tell you what I know about the car best as I can.Body and paint are nice except for the two small rust areas in photos. Most if not all of the paint is original Lacquer.Rt quarter DeVille emblem is broken. I see no other trim damage anywhere else.No signs of collision repair or poor repairs.Tires look good but OLD! Buyer will have to decide to replace or use minimally!All glass is good and windows are slow but work fine. Power seats run but seat not moving back or forward.Most of the chrome is in amazing conditionInterior is all original. What you see is what your get inside and out.Motor needs carburetor rebuild accelerator pump not working well. After sitting a day or two needs a shot of start fluid. New radiator hoses and water pump in trunk come with.Cold start reveals a sticky lifter and its noisy. But after warm up quiets down and idles well.Motor does smoke some at start up and after warm up still does but after driving still does very lightly.Motor actually sounds good and runs fine for a high mile motor. Mileage is over 185,000 miles per owner but I am not sure of exact miles. No oil leaks that I have found.Could need some driving to clear up the smoke issue and set of valve stem covers.This car has been driven LESS than 100 miles last 14 years and has been sitting in his garage with a occasional start up and a trip around the block.Brakes grab in left front wheel and pedal is soft possibly a new booster is needed.Transmission was rebuilt not sure of date but VERY LOW MILES on it per owner.So in a nutshell car has for sure been very well taken care of and it shows. Mechanically I have tried to described best of my knowledge.Car will drive on a trailer no problem but do not plan on driving until brakes are repaired and car has a good going over.Its a Sweet old Caddy owned by a sweet old gentleman!!
