1965 Ford Mustang GT REAL DEAL . This is a well preserved car with just one repaint in the original color ( vintage burgundy ) rare color for GTs. All original drive train with original motor having all new gaskets installed at one time so no leak issues.As the pictures show paint is beautiful and well maintained with no cracking or blistering issues.Car was repainted years ago and always garaged since. Most all trim and chrome is original to car and still looks amazing for how old car is . All glass is original except windshield. No major scratches or issues on original glass. Interior looks to be all original and in excellent shape. All gauges and lights work as they should including back up lights.Car starts right up and can be driven anywhere. I believe this car has every available option except a/c. It has all the standard GT options including GT trumpet exhaust,GT stripes, mustang lettering, GT badge, Disc Brakes, GT fog light bar, also Pony interior, Deluxe steering wheel, Rally Pac, Remote mirror, Very rare trunk pop, and trunk light. With no marti reports for these cars in 65 & 66 clones are being made.With this cars all original parts that are still intact and never been removed to show its authenticity, Starting with GT exhaust hanger bolt mounts with reinforcement plate under rear seat, correct fog light switch, disc brake pedal, GTdual exhaust hanger reinforcements rear frame rails, brake line mount location left of exhaust bracket, correct large master cylinder with clip on top (for disc brakes ) quick ratio steering box (with HCC AW tag code for power steering ) wich this car has. With only a little over 5000 of the GT fastbacks made this is a great investment.
