| Up for sale is my 1973 Ford Galaxie 500. Has the 400 with the 2 barrel carburetor. Has around 60K miles. Was converted to electronic ignition via an aftermarket distributor kit. This was done towards the beginning of 2019.Body isn't perfect. Has a few small rust areas on the body. Frame and underside is very solid. Passenger inner fender well at the battery is rusted. Car will include a good replacement inner fender.New heater core was put in December of 2019.Car runs and drives. Has a fuel to air mixture issue with the carb a little bit. Eats a lot fuel. Sometimes will maybe snort and buck if given full throttle. Could use shocks. It's a bit willowy.Tires were new in late 2017 and put on then also. They have about 11K miles on them.Car is located in Bonner Springs, KS in storage unless being driven.Was bought new in the KC area and never left to my knowledge.$300 deposit needed through paypal within 48 hours after purchase. Rest in cash in person. Cashiers check is acceptable also. Title and car will not be released until payment has cleared.Car is listed locally so ebay listing will end if it sells. Can hold car for free for 1 month following purchase. Any longer will cost $50/month in storage. | |
