| 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air 2 door Hardtop in exceptional condition. This is a 283 cu.in. Power Pack and numbers matching motor with Power-Glide transmission. The car was manufactured in the Los Angeles, CA. Plant. It is all stock and mostly original (95%), but has had a frame off restoration in the past. There is zero rust on this car, no bondo or accidents ever. The body is as lazer straight as they come. You won't find a more solid straight body anywhere. The seat covers have just been replaced this last fall made by Cars, Inc. They make the seat covers for all the 1955-1957 Chevy parts dealers; Danchuk, Classic Industries, Eckler's, etc. The paint is an older paint job in very respectable condition. Very shiny with no obvious defects, and very few tiny minute chips (hardly visible). The underneath is super clean and solid. The frame is mint. The things I have added to this vehicle are: 1. An AM radio original from another 1957 and rebuilt. 2. A new antenna 3. Original hubcaps with spinners (like new) 4. An original air bath air cleaner (powder-coated) 5. Rewired the horn, the fan, and the heating system 6. Rebuilt the speedometer 7. Rebuilt the horn contents 8. Added power steering from another '57 Chevy Bel Air (works great) 9. Will add power brakes this year (have all the parts from the same '57 Chevy Bel Air10. Installed an NOS trunk mat11. Installed an original bumper jack12. Installed original working front car horns13. Installed original type whitewall tires (like new)14. Installed new exhaust system (1 1/2 in)15. Installed new Smithy's mufflers (great sound16. Put in new radiator and other hoses in engine compartment17. Replaced dented Chevy valve covers with like new original valve covers18. Replaced the original temperature gauge with another original gauge19. Installed new temperature sensor on engine20. Replaced the original seat covers with new original style covers (from Cars, Inc.)21.
