1967 Buick Riviera with Complete Nut-&-Bolt Frame-off Restoration. There Are Just Over 48,500 Original Miles on the Odometer. This Car Began the Restoration Process as a Very Clean, All Numbers Matching Project Car. There was Very Little Rust Anywhere on the Car. Even All the Factory Windshield & Rear Window Molding Retainer Clip Studs are Still Intact. This Car Morphed From a Simple Paint Job into an 8 Year, Nearly Total Nut-&-Bolt Frame-off Restoration Project. All Parts & Fasteners Were Either Sand Blasted, Soda Blasted, Hand Sanded, or Cleaned in an Ultrasonic Cleaner. All Parts & Fasteners Were Then Sealed and/or Painted Prior to Assembly. There are Too Many New Parts Purchased & Installed to List in this Limited Space, But If It Was Available It Was Undoubtedly Purchased & Replaced. I Have All Receipts and Invoices as Proof. As a GM Certified Service Technician of the Mid 1960's Myself, I Kept the Car as Original as Possible With Just a Few Exceptions. The Wheels are 18" & 20" 10-spoke U.S. MAGS. The Tires are BF Goodrich 225/50ZR18 & 245/45ZR20 Respectively. The Radio is a Custom Autosound USA-630 II Unit with Input & Output Connections for USB Player, CD Changer, & IPOD Controller. (I have the original radio & it will go with the car). The Steering Wheel is Not Original, But I Have the Original Unit That Goes With the Car too. (It needs reconditioning).Do Not Hesitate to Ask Any Questions You May Have About the Car. |
