This is a Perfect car for someone looking for a Pro touring car that is not only street legal but can also be a weekend warrior at the track yet still getting show car complements. The car is Rust Free and is in Excellent shape inside and out, it is a turn key car in every way. This car Started its life in Alabama as a Bare bones Camaro RS nothing special but it already had a great foundation which was a clean all steel body. It was brought to my house in CT and has sent to Moroso Performance in Guilford CT where it received a Full Chassis Tub, Sub Frame connectors, and a 10 point Chromoly roll cage with easy access bars on the drivers and passangers side. With a single pull of a pin the bar will swing out or can be removable allowing for easy in and out access for daily driving. While it was there I also had Disk Brakes installed, a Painless wiring Harness and a switch panel installed. While the Suspension was being worked on I ordered a new 3 Speed power glide trans by Champion Trans and had the Engine sent out to be Built by Nizens Performance engines in New Haven CT a Very well known racer and Engine builder. The block was stroked to a 383 stroker with scat internals, it has a steel forged crank, Aluminum 185 AFR Heads, 1.8 Rockers, a Stage 2 comp cam with a very high lift and lope not sure of the duration. 4 BBL Double pumper 750-850 CFM with mechanical secondaries designed by quick fuel technologies Fuel pressure is completely adjustable. The car is Running a 10:1 Compression and was built for a 300 shot of nitrous or Blower. It is also Equipped with a Custom set of headers, Racing Electric water pump, 4 core Radiator by BCOOL, A Hi flow Electric fan by BCOOL and a 6" Cowl Hood just to keep the car cool on hot days. In the Engine it is also Running all Steel Bradded Lines, fittings and stainless steel hardware everything is rust Resistant and nearly bullet proof. The Alternator is a 120 AMP with chrome housing Designed by MSD, It also has a MSD Ignition system, a Painless wiring Harness and a High Rise Intake. After The Engine was built it made 493 HP on a Engine Dyno with no Power Adder using Pump 93 gas. Rear End is a Custom 8 point Moroso shortened rear end with moser Axles and a fully Adjustable front and rear Suspension that has been dialed in for 1/4 mile racing. The trans sits inside a lakewood belt housing and is connected to a 1 piece Custom Driveshaft Designed by Goliath Specialties also has a driveshaft loop. This Little thumper is also sitting on 29x18.50-15LT all streets rear tires by Mickey Thomson and 15x4 front skins The rims a Weld Pro Star Rims front and rear. The car also Recieved a huge weight Reduction and weighs in on a scale at 2,790 LBS by itself. It has a 12 GAL Fuel cell, High Flow Fuel pump and a secondary FAST Fuel system. paint work was done by Goliath Customs and is a triple black crown is the paint code. When I Purchased this car I paid 18K Just for the car and I probably spent another 20K Just on the build and restoration easily so This is a Awesome car for the right person. I built the car with the intentions of being able to drive it on the street, being able to enter car shows and being able to take it to the drag strip yet still being a reliable daily driver. The car does Run on pump 93 but for tart use 110 is perfect I would use 1 gallon of 110 and 9 gals of 93 for track use. I only had the pleasure of going to the track twice with this car in a quarter mile best time on drag radials at Atco was 11:2 my second time I had the car dialed in a little more and ran a 10:9 second in the quarter mile. This was without Nitrous or a Power adder, This car Hooks up and is straight and true.
