About this vehicleThis 1972 Chevrolet Corvette C3 is a project vehicle. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle is drivable and is mainly used for weekend drives.Seller's NotesMy uncle owned the car before us, and it has a roller timing chain, it may or may not have the original cam in it, I believe the heads aren’t original, as they have some blue paint on it. Has about 75 pounds of oil pressure upon startup, after warmed up sits around 30-60 psi. If you want to look at the car, call my father @ 610-324-2576.ExteriorNeeds to be repainted. All electrics work, HVAC ducting works. Work that has been done: New radio, oil gauge line, oil pan gasket, front main, balancer, Carburetor, tires, shifter cable, all bulbs behind gauges replaced. New exhaust and exhaust manifolds, new brakes, brake lines, calipers, and master. New radiator, hoses, rear end fluid has been changed. New transmission (have the old one; the old one leaked out of the tail shaft) and the new trans leaks out of the pan (not much)Vacuum is very strong, Wiper door and headlights snap up and down fast. All bellows have been replaced, along with some valves. InteriorNeeds Interior, New seats. Has Shoulder belts, passenger lap belt does not retract. Tach does not work, has brand new cable, but the tach has broken internally. Speedometer is inaccurate because of the larger tires. I.e. 60mph on gauge is about 75-80 mph. Odometer does not work. It stopped at 07133. Car does have at least or more than 150,000 miles.EngineWhat needs to be done: Heater core blew out. I have a brand new one. A/C line blew somewhere. Has Power brakes, power steering, telescoping and tilt steering wheel, manual windows. Has A/C. Runs and drives great, has a lot of pep, dives to the right, seems to be having issues with the steering power assist. Deposits are nonrefundable.Created on the eBay Motors app |
