If you would like to have the car inspected or come look at it in person please feel free to ask - This car was listed before but it did not meet the reserve and I wanted to fix a few small things before relisting it. These video were taken 02/12/202. Feel free to make an offer if you are interested and a serious buyer. Thanks for looking and watching the videos. This car was a true barn find and at one time there was a video of it being pulled out of the barn. The car is a "frame off" restoration and every nut, bolt and piece was restored and replaced back to the car. The car is 95% original even down to the rubber door stops, the hood protection strips, the fan belt etc.... The three things that are not original are the rubber running board mats, the tires although they are period correct and the upholstery which was done by a professional upolster. There are a few parts such as spark plugs, points, condenser, etc that have been serviced or replaced. The rest of the car is exactly as it was when it was pulled out of the original owners barn but with all the parts being restored. The motor and transmission were never removed from the car, the engine was gone over and refreshed with new gaskets etc...- the fuel tank is the original tank for the car, no issues with it. OUTSIDE- The paint was matched to the exact color of car as it was painted from the factory. The paint has a few blemishes in it, there are a few scrapes on the fender where it was scraped pulling in and out of the shop, no dents. All of the chrome is in good shape, no flaking or cracking- polishes up great, the tires are road ready, all six of them, there is one vent fin on the drivers side that fell off and knocked the inside of the fender, can send close up pictures if needed. overall it polishes up and show great - always covered up under soft sheets when parked in the garage. Great care is given to this car and it was always very well maintained. The grill needs some attention, the drivers side running board will need to be addressed, the paint has some minor blemished throughout that you must look very close to see, tried to show it all in the videos, if you want to see it in person, just ask and we can schedule a time to look at it. INSIDE- The interior is in good shape with minor "usage" stains-minor tears in the bottom of the seat. The wood trim is in beautiful show quality condition. The lights up front all work, one tail light bulb is out. All of the windows work easily. The trunk latches, all the doors and the hood work correctly. The amperes, water, oil, speedometer gauges work, the gas gauge does not work. the horn works. The locks all work.ENGINE- this car runs great and and when its idling you can barley tell its running it is so smooth, has a straight eight overhead valve engine, original parts in the engine compartment. Currently has a leaky water jacket on the drivers side and has caused some rust colored stains on the block, I have no reason to think it is anything more than the water jacket area. Has a crack in the exhaust manifold- shown in videos and pictures- never caused any issues. Always ran non ethanol gas in this car. still has all of the original paperwork as far as the owners manual type of papers. Lots of pictures of the entire process of restoration available and included.This car was restored to be a show quality car and it has won multiple car shows and always causes a crowd to gather either at car shows or just out for a Sunday drive. It has the original miles as it was only driven around town for several years and after Joe lost his license he didn't drive it much more after that except to some local car shows with a driver. The original owner was known for buying a car, driving it for a little while and then buying another car the next year, he also did that with motorcycles and had dozens in his barn. This car was always parked in side of the garage of Robison Harley Davidson dealership in Daytona Beach. Overall it is a MUST SEE to appreciate how beautiful of a car it is- very hard to show in pictures and description.
