1969 Mercury Cougar XR7 Convertible. Nicely equipped with factory A/C and power windows..etc. Florida car that's basically rust free. No sign of of any accidents or patching as far as I tell. Rear quarters and trunk appear to be original with no patching. The interior is very nice. Although the original carpet should be replaced. Quite a bit of work has been done to get it back on the road. Replaced the gas tank and sending unit, new brakes, rebuillt re-end and axle bearings, new radiator and front shocks Idler and control arm, tires and more... The original 351 2brrl runs strong, no leaks or smoking, good oil pressure. The transmission needs to be looked at though. I don't think it shifts as it should. It could minor I don't know. The convertible top is newer and is really nice and goes up and down as it should. All power windows work as well. I love this car and hate to let it go. It's really a nice unmolested gem! If you any question feel free to ask. I also have the Kevin Marti report. Also included is the original boot in excellent condition, a newly re-chromed rear bumper like new, and a nice headlight cover. 1969 Mercury Cougar conv Video will open in a new window Using the mobile app?
