1959 Studebaker Lark VIII is for sale without reserve. The Lark was a compact car produced by the Studebaker-Packard corporation from 1959-1962 the Lark was there number one selling car during that time. It is easy to see why with this example being very correct for the time. The dark burgundy interior with the white exterior gives the car a very classy look. The inside has been covered in a dark burgundy vinyl that is in good condition with two minor tears on top of drivers seat. The car has a period correct CB phone something that was a bigger than life option in 1959. This one still works if you can find another CB friend. Under the hood is Studebakers 259 v8 which was a sought after choice for these little econo cars. Mated to a 3 speed automatic transmission. With the smaller size of the Lark made it a popular family car. It was not to long after its inception that the Lark nameplate would vanish as well. Options on this one of a kind American made Lark VIII include; Power Steering, Vinyl Interior, Hubcaps., Radial White walls. I venture to say you wont find a nicer one!!
