| FOR SALE 1967 Pontiac GTO convertible. this car was purchased by my dad back in 1972 from the original owner. i bought it from him in 1977. car was originally silver. i had it painted yellow in the early 80's. Motor was rebuilt in 1978. in 2015 i restored the car to what you see in the pictures. changed the interior from Vinyl to make it more comfortable to drive. if you have ever sat on a vinyl seat in the summertime you will know why i changed it. car has a aluminum radiator, p/s p/b gear reduction starter, wheel wells and most of the front axle have been powder coated. it has air shocks on the back.remember the paint is 15yrs old so it has some nicks and scratches and one paint bubble on the trunk lid.see pic. with finger pointing to it. this is a good running and driving car. its not a show car. if your looking for a show car your going to pay between 45000 and 125000. (see Ebay) car leaks some oil from the rear of the motor somewhere. i had a guy over to check the engine # he could not find them .the motor was taken out of the car by a motor shop rebuilt and then reinstalled so the motor # should be original for the car. the bottom rear quarter panals and trunk floors have been replaced when it was painted in 2015.Any questions text me. | |
