The following is being offered for sale/auction by private seller, AS IS. A detailed description accompanies the images posted. Late-model US version, from a long history of iconic British coupes, the MGB is spirited to drive and steady as her thoroughbred. This MGB has seen some years, and could benefit mostly from some cosmetic care. Under the hood, she's been fairly well restored. Performance aftermarket carburetor recently installed, plus appropriate tuning. Car runs well and is in driving condition. Tires have under 500 miles on them and carry good tread.Pertinent Notices: -The dashboard has weathered from its years joyriding in the sun and the material has weakened. This has resulted in some minor fissuring which can be seen in the interior photos. Accompanying the car is the Tonneau cover, which covers this area when the car is parked.-The softtop. Is well-used. It has noticeable yellowing of the polycarbonate material along the edges. Where the plastic has cracked has been temporarily patched. The leather is still in fine condition, as seen in photos.-Interior carpetry severely degraded.-Seats PU upholstery is stretched, worn and cracked from use.- Dashboard lights and gauges have been tested and functional, except fuel gauge.-Interior fan/heater control knobs not set. Primary circulation switch for fan on dashboard works on both settings.-Upgraded 12v battery-Radiator cooling fan is not wired, but is intact.-All lights replaced, tested and functional, in last year.Recent Work:-HIFI 44 Carburetor conversion, Replaced air choke and filter.-New black paint finished in last year. About 2mil gloss clear coat as temporary protectantWill post more interior pictures soon.
