CAR DESCRIPTION FROM SELLER | |

I am not going to sugar coat anything here... I bought this car for $4000 with the intention of doing a restoration. Once I dug in to the car, it just had too much rust and would need too much metal work to be an economical restoration. So, I'm selling it as-is and taking a loss on the vehicle. I would consider this a "parts car" unless you can do rust restoration yourself and want to get your hands on this shell. The engine does run, but will need the exhaust headers (included plus a brand new gasket) reinstalled and a battery installed. There is a 280Z 5 speed transmission hooked up but I was told when I bought the car that it's definitely going to need a rebuild or a refresh. The car has a decent amount of custom suspension on it. There's BC Coilovers on the car that are basically brand new. Those themselves cost about $1100-1200. The bushings have been replaced and there are adjustable control arms as well. Probably a solid $1600+ worth of suspension parts alone on the car. Interior is pretty much pulled apart. No center console. I am including custom made seats (pictured) from another Z I purchased. Those were said to have been done for $850. Again, I am selling this as-is. Need to get it out of my parents driveway and move on with another Z I purchased to build. Car is on rollers. 3 out of 4 of them hold air. Please don't hesitate to ask questions |
