| About this vehicle This 1948 Willys CJ-2A is a restomod with updates to the exterior, interior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 3 years. The vehicle is drivable and is mainly used for weekend drives. Seller's Notes Truly one of a kind 1948 Willys CJ-2A. You will never see another one like this one. Frame is from a Jeep TJ that has been shortened to fit the steel CJ-2A body. Drivetrain is from a TJ as well. Fuel injected 2.5l 4cyl with 5 speed trans. Full coil spring suspension.New timing chain and water pump, new rear brakes, fresh oil and tune up, new 35/12.50/15 tires, new bestop, new rugged ridge front seats, VDO gauges, new fuel pump, and much more. Has 4.88 gears and lockers front and rear. 9000lb winch and Corba CB radio. I have a ton of extra parts that will go with it. Fully street legal and clean titled as a 48 Willys CJ-2a. Please ask me any questions you may have. Am happy to send extra pics if needed. Not “perfect” by any means but an awesome and clean rig. Gets a ton of looks. Exterior New tires and soft top. Wheels have some pitting and bubbling. Body is pretty straight but not perfect. Any rust is surface and no rot holes. I don’t take it out in winter or in rain. Interior Interior and underside has been rhino lined. Tunnel was clearanced to fit trans and engine. Transfer case has Teraflex split yoke eliminator kit. Engine Engine runs great.
