| 1964 Mercedes Benz 230SL EURO – French Spec 44yrs Owned This is a very unique opportunity to acquire a very original survivor 230SL. Purchased in 1976 in France from the original owner by a US citizen living in France at the time. He fell in love with the car and exported the car back to the states and for the next 44 yrs. was owned and operated by a father and son team. Never restored but maintained as needed and never used as primary transportation. Showing an original odometer of 74500 KM which translates to just 46000 Miles. Interesting options include the kinder seat in the back and both hard and soft tops. The car runs and drives perfectly – recent work includes new tires and new soft top all within the last 3yrs. Showing very minor rust with solid floors and rockers – The car has had one minor accident by the father in 1977 which was easily repaired the paint work has revealed itself over time to not match very well. The front ½ of the car is a different shade of white vs the rear half.
