Starting with an all-original ’59 roadster, this Corvette was completely restored and remastered into an exceptional “restomod” with modern components. The fit and finish is superb throughout and all systems operate as they should. Driving this Roadster has the fun and feel of driving a modern sports car while still presenting as a classic Vette. Essentially, the best of both worlds. Powered by a GM 7.0 Liter LS7 V8 from a Z06 Corvette. With 505bhp in stock form, a Katech Torquer camshaft, high-lift valve springs, titanium retainers and reworked LS7 heads, it now produces 600bhp and 570 lb. ft. of torque mated to a T56 6-speed manual gearbox (built by RPM Transmissions). The Vette also has a Dana 36 differential with 3.73 gears, Dewitt aluminum radiator, painted composite intake manifold, custom Jamison tube chassis, C4 suspension with Heim joints and adjustable QA-1 coil overs, power rack and pinion steering, Wilwood power disc brakes, 18 inch HRE wheels, Rosewood steering wheel, Vintage Air system, Power windows and a Modern Alpine audio system. This Corvette has been in true collector ownership since its restoration. It was featured in the April 2012 edition of Corvette magazine. It is ready for immediate driving and touring pleasure.
