1968 Oldsmobile 442, 400 CID/325 HP, Auto, Matching Numbers, Engine Overhaul approximately 1,500 miles ago. Headers and mild cam...everything else is stock. Runs beautifully, doesn't burn oil. It does have a small oil leak at rear main seal. The heater core is not hooked up so I assume it needs replacing, as well as the A/C. I did not drive the car much, just on the prettiest of days. It was kept in the garage for the entire six years that I had it. It has been restored at some point. It has a wonderful "new car" smell inside (don't ask me how). The key buzzer still works, as does the A.M. radio. The interior is almost like new. It does have a tear in the passenger seat (pic). The headliner is great. The car was from Houston originally as per the receipts. There are many receipts that go with the car (pic). The car runs and drives great. I never abused it. The paint is about a seven or eight out of ten. This car is a very nice "driver" quality. The vinyl top is very nice! There is no bubbling under the top (pics). There is one spot of slight bubbling under the paint on the lower part of the deck lid and another spot on the lower part of the car in front of the rear wheel well (pic). the trunk floor is rust free (pic). Feel welcome to call if you have any questions. Thank you, Paul 405-808-4567 |
