Now with independent suspension at all four corners, it was ready to compete with the world's other premier sports cars. The rear end styling was a carry over from 1962, but the high belt line now wrapped all the way around the car, and the headlights were hidden for the first time. This styling feature would be a Corvette standard for the next fifty years. The 1964 model you see here is an awesome example of this second generation model. Finished in a nice dark metallic grey with a black hood stinger stripe, this Corvette is classy and sporty all at the same time. The nice chrome five spoke American Racing wheels and BFGoodrich tires give this Corvette a particularly muscular look. Inside you'll find a black vinyl interior in excellent condition. This well equipped Corvette has full instrumentation with excellent quality gauges, wood rim steering wheel, AM/FM radio, and the best option to have of all, ice cold A/C!!!
