1955 Belair for sale. Was a local barn find. The car was last on the road and Virginia inspected in 1998. The prior owner started to restore and lost interest. I am not going to be able to build this one now either. My loss is your gain. The car is extremely solid! The floor pans and trunk pans are solid. Look at the pictures. I have not been over the car 100% but it is a very rust (structural, holes, rot, etc.) free car. The front fenders and rear quarter panel have been stripped. The eyebrows over the headlights are botched. I have felt all of the fender lips and they feel solid and possibly original. Comes with:Fresh rebuilt or crate 383 (relying on what the prior owner told me. Looks fresh to me and spins free).T-5 5 speed transmissionHeadersModern GM Tilt wheel steering columnInner fenders,Be-Cool Radiator2 fuel tanksFront and rear sway barsMisc engine parts to complete the buildCOMES WITH TOW DOLLY !! Side trim looks to be there and most badges. Hood and trunk ornament are shaved.I will try to answer any questions.
