About this vehicle This 1959 Chevrolet Impala is a restored vehicle. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle runs great. Seller's Notes picked up this 59 Impala at an estate auction 3/21/19. The car is in driver condition and is an older restoration/ build. You’d be proud to pull up at any local cruise in or just cruise country roads with the wind blowing through your hair, and she’s ready to go. The paint still has a good shine, but has some bubbles appearing from poor metal prep (see pics). There is one small rust bubble on the left quarter (see pic). The interior is complete and in good condition with little wear. A good cleaning would be about all it needs. 283 V-8 with 4 bbl carb and automatic trans. She starts right up, cruises down the road great, and shifts through the gears as it was designed. All glass is in good condition and functions properly. the power top works good. There is a small 1/2” wear hole in the driver’s side of the top beside the rear seat. All lights, signals, and horn work properly. Speedo, Gen, Oil, and Temp gauges all work. The fuel gauge appears to work, but I haven’t driven it enough to tell. Clock, Radio, heater, and cig lighter are not functioning. I have not looked for the problem with them. The underside shows there has been front floor pans and trunk pan work previously by an amature. The rear pans and all floor pan braces look to be in good condition. The trunk pan braces are in poor condition.(see pics) If you are a serious potential buyer, feel free to contact me for more information or any specific pictures you’d like. The car comes with a clean TN title and the necessary paperwork from the auction company to make getting it titled in your state a breeze. Thanks, and good luck.
