Up for auction is very rare 1957 Lincoln Premiere four door sedan. This is a very solid car which originally came from New Mexico but has a current, clear Wisconsin title.Drivetrain appears to be the original 368 cu. in V-8 with an automatic transmission. Suspension is all stock. Brakes are all new including shoes, cylinders and hoses and they work great. The car runs and drives very well.Interior also appears to be original. Front driver seat is worn and had a patch put on. Back seat is good. This is a loaded up car like you'd expect in a Lincoln. The power windows, power locks and power seats all work great. A/C system is all there but is not working. Speedometer and gas gauge do not work. All the lights are working like they should. The body is generally very solid. There are couple rust spots right behind the headlights on both sides and some pin holes around the right rear but otherwise it is very good. The underside and trunk on this car is unbelievable-this is a very solid car- see the pictures. The front glass and 3 of 4 side windows have some blemishes or cracks but the back glass is very good. Trim is all there and in good condition. Back bumper is very good- front bumper has one bad chrome spot in the middle but no holes. Tires are in good condition. These are hard to find cars and very hard to find in this condition. You can get in it and just have fun driving it or it would be a great restoration car also. Please look at the pictures, call or email your questions, or come and look at the car in person. It is for sale locally so we reserve the right to end the auction at any time. 608-873-5264 |
