Skyway Classics Alan Tanski (734) 389-7246 1800 14th Ave E Palmetto Florida 34221 1976 Cadillac Eldorado Fleetwood Contact Skyway Classics 1800 14th Ave E Palmetto Florida 34221 Vehicle Information Description 1976 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible Why This Car Is Special Nothing looked more luxurious or sleek back in 1976 than a white on white Cadillac Eldorado Convertible like the one we have here at Skyway Classics. Even back then they were collectable because word had it that Cadillac was never again going to make a convertible! What makes ours so desirable is that it is an unrestored original car delivered in late 1975 to a doctor in Lake Charles, LA. It has the original window sticker and other purchase related documents for authenticity. The dealer name tag still on trunk lid to confirm original paint and selling dealer. It is truly a Survivor Cadillac that is for sale by the second owners! Mechanical Ours has the monstrous 500 cubic inch V8 engine painted correctly and all original with its blue valve covers, factory air cleaner, factory intake, exhaust manifolds, and carb, Power Brakes, Power Steering, and all sitting in a clean, correctly maintained, detailed engine bay, and the air conditioning converted to A134 and maintained regularly. The automatic transmission works great as does the chassis with its air shocks, factory wheels with the correct Cadillac Logo chrome wheel covers and whitewall tires only a few years old with low miles on them so no dry rot. Interior Our Caddy is loaded with features and options including the great white leather Interior that has a plush split power front bench seat divided by the pull-down center arm rest and bright red plush carpeting. It has AM/FM Radio, Defrost, Heat, Power Convertible Top, Power Locks, Power Seats, Power Windows, Seatbelts, Tilt Wheel, Cruise Control, factory steering wheel, fiber-optic lamp monitors, power trunk, full-sized spare, original functioning Power Convertible White Soft Top that has been replaced and is about 15 years old, and factory original front and back floor mats. Yes, the steering wheel insert laminate is perfect and unretouched. Many of this vintage have steering wheels wrapped due to insert deterioration and no way to replace it Exterior The Caddy has a great all original white paint except for the fender fillers which have been replaced. The paint is so correct restorers have used pin stripes on this car as model for finishing their restorations. It has a great ride and stance and looks as good going down the road with the top up or down, either way you know it is a classic Cadillac Eldorado. Conclusion The 1976 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible like the one we have here at Skyway Classics being the last model built back in that era, is and always will be a collectors' item.
