FOR SALE BY PRIVATE OWNERThis 1974 PontiacGrand Prix model SJ, 455, turbo 400 with a moonroof was sold new at Scholfield Brothers Pontiacin Wichita, KS, then at some point the car moved to Reno, NV and later toNorthern California where it spent 5 years stored in a warehouse. The licenseplates on the car were from Nevada last registered in 2001. I acquired the GP inMay 2016 and brought it to IL. The GP was a virtually rust free body when Iobtained the car. All the body panels, the floor pans as well as the trunk arevery solid. The car was painted in 2017, new vinyltop and interior were done in 2018. Accordingto records, only 13,841 SJ Grand Prix’s were produced of the nearly 100,000 ofall the Grand Prix models made that year.
