CAR DESCRIPTION FROM SELLER | |

This is a driver-quality survivor just out of years-long storage. It is not in the registry, and little is known of the provenance other than the last owner to whom it was titled. It appears to be numbers-matching and nearly all original, including seat upholstery and trunk liner. There is wear on the arm rests in front and some wear of seat fabric, but there are no holes in the seats. The headliner has a defect or two. Everything works except the clock, radio, and D/S rear auto window. The repaint is still decent, and the car looks good from 10 feet. There are two or three small areas of floor rust, mostly involving one layer of two-layer floor pans in the front; all are easily patchable and no new pans are needed. The car has recently been gone through to make it roadworthy, and it still needs a new exhaust system and repair of a leaking exhaust manifold gasket. There is some valve noise intermittently, seeming to be from a hydraulic lifter. |
